Nguyen MEP, LLC (“Nguyen MEP”, “we”) operates the On-Site Techmobile app and the nguyenmep.com website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect from authorized employees and contractors, how we use it, and the choices available to you. The Service is intended only for personnel authorized by Nguyen MEP and is not directed to the general public.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, role, and assigned projects.
- Time & location— clock-in/clock-out timestamps and the device’s location at the moment you clock in or out, used to verify on-site attendance. Location is collected only when the app is in use.
- Photos & documents— project photos, receipts, signed safety acknowledgements, and other files you choose to upload.
- Operational data— expenses, tasks, daily reports, and inspection records you create.
- Diagnostics— basic crash and performance data so we can fix bugs.
How we use it
- To run payroll, projects, and safety compliance for Nguyen MEP.
- To verify on-site attendance and produce signed acknowledgement records.
- To improve the app and resolve issues you report.
How we share it
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Mapbox — static map snapshots for clock-in records.
- Apple TestFlight / App Store — app delivery and crash reporting.
Each provider receives only what is required to deliver its service and is contractually bound to protect your data.
Data retention
We retain operational records (time entries, expenses, signed safety acknowledgements, etc.) for as long as required for tax, payroll, and regulatory purposes. You can request deletion of your individual account and personal data by contacting us at the address below.
Your choices
- You can revoke camera, photo, and location permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features (clock-in, photo uploads) will not work without those permissions.
- You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email to authorized users.
